Hello,

I am running PB 12.6. In the application, there is a window with a user object that is not visible.  During regular running of the application, the object is made visible and brought to the front.  This works in the IDE just fine, however, when the application is built and deployed, the object does not ever become visible when the application is run.  After the build and deploy in the IDE, the application no longer works in the IDE in the same manor.  When the window is regenerated, it works again as designed.

Any ideas as to what may be going on?

Thanks,

James

Whenever you do something like hiding then displaying an object, you need to ensure that the object is

1) Enabled

2) Visible

3) ON top of all other objects; i.e. set the BRING_TO_TOP property.

Hi James;

   Are you running PB 12.6 from a recent build? For example: EBF/Build #4139 from June 1, 2017?

Regards ... Chris
