I am using the PB mail stuff to send emails and on some users the messages are not showing up in their Sent Items folder. They all are using MS Outlook Standard 2013 and have outlook running when the mail is sent.

Hi John;

    I am not sure what version of PB you are using but just to let you know that in PB 12.6 and higher - Sybase / SAP changed PB's email default into using "Extended MAPI` instead of the previous default "Simple MAPI". I am just wondering if that might be the cause of your email issue.

    In PB 12.6 and higher, you can add a command to the PB.INI file to revert this behavior, as follows ...

[PB]
; No = Extended MAPI
UseSimpleMAPI=yes

Thanks, I will give it a try we just converted from 12.0 to 2017.  The weird thing is it does not seem to effect all users.

Yes ... depending on how the Outlook client is configured or even the version installed on each workstation, the use of Extended MAPI could be the issue here & there. Simple MAPI should be more consistent.
