I purchased a license for PB 2017, installed the new version, and successfully migrated my PB12.5 project.

However, when attempting to log in now, from the 'Log on to PowerBuilder' window, I click the logon button and get the pop-up to enter user ID and password.  After entering the details, I get the message, "You are already logged on" and I cannot proceed further.

Advice would be appreciated

Hi.
From Appeon user center, in the license management section, you can force your license to logout. Go to License Management -> Powerbuilder IDE -> Logout User. There you will see a list of your license(s) in use and can force logout any one if you want.

I am in the License Management -> Powerbuilder IDE , but I don't see an option to logout user.

Hi Ruth;

FYI: You need to be the "License Administrator" for your organization before you'll see the Logout option.
