I tried to get server response

After paste the client request and submit

I got A message :

The hardware information is unmatched.

Just as a note - I have this issue as well.

Specifics :

 

PB 2017, R3.

I just renewed my license one month ago. ( offline license )

I'd even used PowerBuilder yesterday. ( My license shows as valid )

Windows update this morning, and can't connect.

Windows 10, Enterprise 21H2.

Physical laptop machine.

The person who suggested logging out - that isn't even an option for me.

 

I'm waiting to hear from the main POC. ( I don't know if I have the authority to submit a ticket, etc ).

Yes, the logout user is for the default online license activation used by most people. For offline license, you need your license admin to regenerate the license I think something got corrupted. Alternatively, you can yourself open a support ticket and have our support team help you with this license issue. https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug

Found out that it's environment specific - at least I think it is. Won't know till next week when they're able to physically update my machine. It has to do so with some 3rd party software that is used to control policy. Nobody in my company told me I was supposed to regularly run the software. Failure to communicate, etc etc.

Hi Ruth;

  It sounds like you might be trying to use an offline license. Either way, I would suggest that you open a Support Ticket in order to resolve this strange issue.

1.  Try Logging out from Appeon Server

Choose Logout User from the menu.

2.   Again re-login from the powerbuilder IDE.

Which version # of PowerBuilder are you trying to activate on what operating system and is it physical or virtual machine?
