Resolved Lansing Michigan contract

A couple of years ago I got dozens of emails asking if I was interested in a long term contract as a Powerbuilder programmer. I mean I got them from everywhere, Mostly from Indian recruiting firms. Now I'm getting them again, several a day.

What is going on?

State of Michigan has a number of departments using PB.  I worked briefly for the Corrections Department via an Indian consulting firm.  I would not go that route again.
