Hi

is it possible to know the url that the user has gone to, to run the powerserver web application.

I am currently testing an app for a customer, it is one company but 2 products, i want to keep the single app but so a different logon screen / different graphics etc depending on which url they have entered. I realise once they logon I can differentiate but i wanted to before the user has entered anything.

for example

http://company1.com/portal

or http://company2.com/portal - both will resolve to the same IP address ( have the same A record ) and would run the same application 'portal' but i would display the logon screen differently if company1 is in the url or company2 is in the url

regards

Andrew

AppeonExtFuncs funs
funs = Create AppeonExtFuncs

strRet = funs.of_GetIEUrl()

BTW Andrew ... Mike's suggestion works on all Web Browser types where that code runs. Not just IE (which the method name suggestions). ;-)
