Good Tuesday morning

I need to find out how I can run my web application's iwarunner.exe on an iPad?

I have the exe downloaded from webserverIP/application_name/iwarunner.html

However, from I can see online, this exe can not run on iOS as it's a Microsoft format.

Can anyone help me with a solution?

Much appreciated!

IWA is only for Windows OS.  The Appeon Workspace is what you can use to run on iOS and Android.  But keep in mind that iOS and Android support discontinued in PowerServer 2021.

When you upgrade to PowerServer version 2021 it will not work. PowerServer 2020 is the last version of PowerServer that supports iOS/Android.

It is complicated process to run on mobile device, including you have to compile your own Appeon Workspace using a Macintosh computer and Xcode.

IWA is only for windows, to run in IOS/android PS builds a native app, not a web app/IWA.

If the requirement it to run on a TABLET, then the surface pro would work (or other windows tablets)

The surface pro X *might* work as the PRO X lists 32bit x86 apps as runnable. the PRO X is cheaper and uses an ARM processor but apparently can run 32bit windows applications. IWA i believe is 32 bit based on the fact that 32bit dlls work with it.

I second Mike’s suggestion to deploy as IWA on Surface tablets instead of iPad. Arguably, Surface is much better than iPad for what PB apps typically do.
