Hi,

is there any way to stop that constant IWAShell.exe prompt saying an "Update is available.  Install? Yes/No".    If I try Yes it installs but then prompts again!  As it's backwards compatible we are OK with not updating it.   We never want users to have to see that message anyway.

Thanks,

Michael

Hi Michael,

How did you deploy the application, using Toolkit or application package? This issue might be caused by the PowerServer version and application deployed version are different, please check and make sure the following two versions are the same:

1. The PowerServer version.
You can check it from the AEM login page.

2. The application deployed version.
%webserver%/%application%/x32_application.html has a line like the one below that has the version info - version=11,0,2151,00.
codebase=\"/appeon/weblibrary_ax/x32/APBPAnalysis.cab#version=11,0,2151,00\">\

Regards,
ZhaoKai

Thanks ZhaoKai that was it  - the versions were slightly different due to separate installs.
