Hi

We're finally going to be upgrading from PB 8.  I successfully installed and activated PB2019R3 yesterday on my laptop, but my offshore colleague who is forced to use a Virtual Desktop is having difficulties activating his licence.

It looks like the VDI has some restrictions on Internet traffic, as although he can access things like google.com, when he tries to do the online activation he gets a message saying 'No Network Connection' and if he tries the 'Activate without internet' option then he get's a message saying only online licenses can be used for VM environments.

I'm assuming we need to get some URL opened up / whitelisted for him. Any ideas on the details?

I'll answer my own question in case it helps anyone else:

Protocol: HTTPS Port: 443 Domain: api.appeon.com and api2.appeon.com
