Hello,

We're exploring using Powerbuilder as a Citrix App. We're noticing frequent Account Already logged in issue. Seems, proper Powerbuilder Exit is not happening when Citrix Connection is lost or reset. Any help or suggestions to avoid this issue?

Thanks,

Dipankar

The PowerBuilder IDE is only supported on Desktop Windows:

Do you mean running the PowerBuilder IDE itself on Citrix?  Or do you mean the apps you develop with PowerBuilder run those apps on Citrix?

What version of PowerBuilder are you using?

What version of Windows OS are you using?

Adding to great suggestion by David, also make sure "Sign out on exit" option in the IDE is checked.

Yeah, Armeen. We keep the "Sign out on exit" checked. But seems abrupt closure or network disconnection doesn't release the log in. Anything which can be done Powerbuilder/ Appeon side for this?

If your Internet connection breaks or the program crashes, then no it may not release correctly. This is normally a rare occurrence for most of our customers. When it does happen, your license admin can do a forced logout: https://account.appeon.com/logout-user/pb
