Resolved issue connecting to powerserver

Hello,

I have installed powerserver for development in a windows10, with 2 ip address (ethernet and wifi).

I think there is some kind of restriction in the company in the network that I must identify, perhaps the ports? If I disconnect the network cable and only enable wifi network and I connect from within my mobile it works. But when I connect the network cable to the computer and from within my mobile I try to connect appears the circle of waiting to connect to the application. Perhaps with network card it disables some features. What can it be? The ports? Wich ports are used?

Hello Chris,

thanks for your answer. I´m using online license. So it seems it is the possibility 1. I must give information to the team in charge of the network about what can it be to be able to use it. What kind  of restriction can it be? Ports? restriction of webpage? What test can I do to identify?

. The Mobile App would be connecting to the WiFi and then over to your wired network. I suspect that the routing through the wired network is the firewall issue.

Can you turn off your PC's firewall momentarily as a quick test?

Hi Pablo;

   Both my PC's have wired and wireless capabilities. If I switch back & forth - both PS and its Apps (and AEM) work seamlessly.

Possibility#1: Your wired network route is being blocked by either an anti-virus, firewall or missing Proxy setting.

Possibility#2: Your PowerServer is working with an offline license. If that is the case, the license could be tied to your network card's MAC address. The MAC of course would be active network card dependent.

PS: My PS's are all in "online" license mode.
