Can you use C# to write scripts for a window instead of powerscript?

If not, can you direct me to any documentation on how to make a call to a REST service from a data window?

I'm confident I can create a WebApi with SnapDevelop, but I don't yet know how to send & receive a request from a Web Api within a window in the PB IDE.

Thanks for your help.

Hi Sabir;

  No ... Scripting for Windows, menus,  controls & user objects is still only supported by PowerScript.

  C# programming is limited to web services & assemblies in PB2019.

Regards ... Chris

Thanks, there was also a lot of other helpful information in the video so I watched the whole thing. I'm looking forward to the Elevate conference for another learning opportunity.

For how to call a REST web service from a DataWindow you can watch Appeon's PowerBuilder 2019 presentation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C2HMJgXkROo at 15:36
