Hello Appeon folks,

Is PowerBuilder 2017 R3 1858 and onwards versions are windows 2019 certified? We are planning to migrate our user's system to windows 2019?

Please confirm.

Hi Vipin!

By Windows 2019 do you mean Windows 10? Or Windows Server 2019?

Here are the system requirements for PowerBuilder 2017 R3 1858.
Windows 10 is officially supported from PB 2017 R3 onward, and update releases (19H1, 19H2, 20H1, etc) don't break compatibility.

Regards,
Francisco

Windows Server 2019 was released after PowerBuilder 2017 was released so it was never tested on that, which means it is not officially supported. However, it should work fine. If you want official support, you need to upgrade to PowerBuilder 2019 R3. https://docs.appeon.com/pb2019r3/release_bulletin_for_pb/system_requirements.html
