Hello?
The current version of Xcode is 15.

The above guide is for version 13.4.1.

Can I proceed by installing the latest version, Xcode 15?
Or should I get version 13.4.1 and install it?

It says to install it after registering for the Apple Developer Program, so I'm going to register the Developer Program first.
