1. Installation of APPEON WORKSPACE from the App Store is completed on the iPhone.
2. Successfully logged in without any login issues (expected to have no DB connection issues)
3. The datawindow is not viewed as shown in the attached image.
- The screen being viewed is a screen run on Android from the same program.

4. I wonder if there is a part where the DW contents cannot be viewed on iOS by changing the settings on the server.
5. Are settings required in APPEON WORKSPACE?
6. Work environment: Powerbuilder 2019 R3
Product Version: Appeon PowerServer 2020 Build 2703.00
Server Type: 64-bit
Operating System: Windows Server 2016
Application Server: JBoss
Product Edition: WORKGROUP (Appeon)
7. Please provide support to find a solution.

Hi Jungi,

The Appeon Workspace in Apple store is support PowerServer 2019 but not PowerServer 2020. Due to the restrictions of the app stores (Apple App Store and Google Play), publishing Appeon Workspace to app stores is not supported any more. We recommend that you create a customized version of Appeon Workspace and distribute it on PowerServer or your own Web site, please refer to online help for details.

You said that Appeon Workspace does not support the 2020 version, but the 2020 version can be installed on the latest iPhone without a problem and operates normally. I just can't get the data from the dw part I inquired about. I would like to test this part by upgrading to PowerServer 2083 version. So, if it comes out well, it is successful. You can also use APPOEN WORKSACE as it is currently available in the App Store.

The Appeon Workspace in Apple store is built for PowerServer 2019. We haven’t updated it in a very long time. We can reproduce the datawindow issue when running PowerServer 2020 application in it. Other users have also reported this issue before.

To make PowerServer 2020 application work well, please install Appeon Workspace for PowerServer 2020. You are welcome to try out Appeon Workspace that we've made available in iOS TestFlight (https://demo.appeon.com/powerserver/test_appeonworkspace/)

https://demo.appeon.com/powerserver/test_appeonworkspace/ I downloaded TestFlight from the App Store from this site and tested it, and the dw problem was resolved well. Can APPEON WORKSPACE downloaded and installed from TestFlight only be used for 90 days?

Or should we recreate the WORK SPACE ourselves and upload it to our website so that it can be downloaded?

For me, the best way is to create a download and installation procedure from TestFlight and distribute it to customers.

Either we create and distribute an independent installation file from the customer, or the WORK SPACE installation file available from TestFlight, which is currently available in the 2020 version, is required.

1. Please tell me the link site for the manual on how to create an independent distribution file.

2. Is there a way to download from TestFlight, install APPEON WORKSPACE, and use it for an unlimited period of time? (This seems to be the easiest way. It would be best if there was a way to install the 2020 version of WORKSPACE from APPEON)

3. Please tell us how to create the 2020 version of WORK SPACE and install it from our website. Please tell me the link address where the manual is located.

Currently, as a test, we will install and apply it from TestFlight.
The attached file is a sample result screen after installing from TestFlight.

I also tested the payment part, and payment through the PG company works without any problem.

Anyway, I am very grateful and I am very satisfied once this part is taken care of.

I think APPEON MOBILE can be applied well.

2. No. This is Apple’s policy. You have to update the application every 90 days. And since Appeon Server 2016 we have announced to no longer provide Standard Appeon Workspace for iOS.

3. You can create it via PowerServer 2020 Toolkit, please refer to the article above.

Can I update directly from 2703 to 2803? Or do I need to upgrade to 2758 and 2779 and then use 2803?

If I just type 2803, will 2758 and 2779 be reflected automatically?

This MR can only be applied to Appeon PowerServer 2020 2323.00 or above. - ok I see

Looking at the contents below, it seems that upgrading to 2802 only requires redistribution on PowerServer.

Can I do that?

7. Redeploy apps in a “Full Deployment” mode: once you have all the pieces upgraded, you now would need to do a “Full Deployment” of your applications to the upgraded Appeon Server.
