Hello,

I'm getting this error while installing PB 2019 R3 Build 2703 in Windows 8.1 system.

What could be the error and what should be done to correct it and install it ?

For installing Runtime files using Runtime Packager, you must pay attention to the following (from help):

You must have Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (32-bit or 64-bit) installed, if you use the EXE file generated by the Runtime Packager. You must also have Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 installed, if the Runtime Packager will install components such as ADO.NET, MS Excel12 Support, and OData which rely on .NET Framework to install and run.

Does the win8 machine have Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package?

So far I've installed the same runtime package successfully in Win 7 and Win 10, where I'vent checked for Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable package. This is the first time I'm installing it in Win 8.1 and I haven't check for MV C++ redistributable. Don't have any idea how and where to check the same.

Take a look at the following screenshot:

Runtime can be downloaded from Microsoft. Just search google for VC++ Redistributable or runtime.
