Resolved Initialization file is not writeable

Ok, looks like I screwed up.  Changed the location for the pb.ini file in my app, was trying to troubleshoot something else.  Closed PB, now trying to open PB and I get an error "Initialization file is not writable".   I didn't write down the new location, shame on me.  So, I just want to change the location back to the default.  I searched the Registry for any keys that might relate to the location of pb.ini but can't find any.  Don't know which pb file that info is stored in, so I can open it in Notepad to edit.  PB2021.

How do I fix this?

In the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Sybase\PowerBuilder\21.0

Value InitPath: c:\users\<youruserid>\appdata\local\appeon\powerbuilder 21.0

This worked... never thought to look under Sybase for keys.
