We are from huntsman Global IT, and we have an application called “Info maker 2017 ” which is installed in one of the user system (@Mark Adkins) but not working from many days.
So we need your assistance to upgrade the info maker to latest version; I have few questions mentioned below
- Since this is licensed application, will your support team help to upgrading from older version 2017 to latest version ?
- To upgrade from older version to newer version, any cost will be involved ? if yes, what is the premium cost for upgrading Info maker app to latest version for one user (mark Adkins)?
- To fix the application issue or installation issue, will your technical team support on fixing installation issue or app issue in user system ?
- Does it have any cost involved to fixing the issues which user facing ?

That is not unusual as PSR files contain the Report Source as well as the data. The report source is IM *version dependent* !
Please try recreating the PSR file(s) in IM 2022 Rx and then see if the IM IDE will open those new built PSR's OK.
