We need to be able to download infoMaker report into excel and .csv file. How do we download infoMaker report into excel and .csv file? It is not currently a possibility.

Trying to download a report into excel gives this error:

Cannot Access Data Sources via Toolbar
Infomaker Report-Group Headers by Day of the Week

Hi Akpabio,

 

I used IM IDE and Application EXE separately to test it on my own computer but unfortunately, didn’t reproduce the issue.

  1. Is there anything special with your application?
  2. Please test with another machine to see if the same issue exists.
  3. If your IM IDE has this issue, it’s recommended to re-install IM and try again.
  4. If this is an Application EXE environment issue, please check whether there is GAC registered Sybase.PowerBuilder.DataWindow.Excel12.dll on your client or whether this dll file is copied to the exe execution directory.

If the above info is no help, kindly please report this issue to our ticket system:https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug so that it can be properly received and tracked. 

Please also provide a sample PB test case (with PBT / PBL) when you submit it to the ticket system.

Hi Akpabio;

  Is this when using the IM IDE or from an Application EXE deployed to another PC from the IDE?

  Also, what O/S version & build are you using?
