Our customer just upgraded our application to a version developed with PB 2022 and upgraded their InfoMaker 2019 to InfoMaker 2022.

They are getting 'The user password is incorrect' on the login window. Their account admin logged into Appeon.com with the same email / password and can get in no problem.

Any ideas on the cause or how to fix it? Should I have them contact Appeon support directly?

If it is InfoMaker R2 then it may be because of the .NET 8 incompatibility.

If it is build 1892, then please have them open a support ticket.

Are they using InfoMaker 2022 base, R2, or R3?

I'll check. They should be on base as our app is build 1892.
