Resolved Infomaker

Hello

We have installed Infomaker on a server not connected to Internet.

We would like to know if it could be possible to activate, in a permanent mode, a offline license ?

If yes, could you please advise on how to proceed.

Hi Florence;

  1. InfoMaker is not certified for use on MS-Windows "server" O/S's. FYI: https://docs.appeon.com/im2022/installation_guide_for_im/ch01s01.html
  2. Infomaker can only use an online license if the product is installed on a virtual machine (must have Internet access). Offline licenses are not supported on a VM.
