We have a user whose IM.ini file keeps getting corrupted. She has had a variety of issues starting infomaker, which are resolved when we replace her IM.ini file with another one from another user.

This has happened 4 times to the same user but it is working at the moment.  Is there a repair tool, or what do you advise?

Hi Theresa;

  Normally, IM.ini files do not get corrupted. Sounds like their might be an issue with the user's O/S, AV, 3rd party software, etc that might be interfering with IM.

  I would recommend uninstalling IM, rebooting & then reinstalling IM on the troubled machine.

  Also, remember that IM is not certified for use on any Windows "Server" based O/S machines. https://docs.appeon.com/im2021/release_bulletin_for_im/system_requirements.html
