Please i want to use  Encoding UTF-8  i am get  this   

 

 sle_message.text = "albloshi0551100624حسين البلوشي"
Blob lblb_data
String ls_Base64Str
lblb_data = Blob("EncodingUTF8", EncodingUTF8!)   how can i  use my ver  sle_message ?
CoderObject lnv_CoderObject
lnv_CoderObject = Create CoderObject
ls_Base64Str = lnv_CoderObject.Base64Encode(lblb_data)
