Hi everyone,

I need to install the appeon on Windows 11, two days ago I installed the appeon on Edge and Chrome, and after the installation is successful, the browser is white and does not see the appeon.

Does anyone know what I should do or what the permissions required?

In this momento I use de PowerBuilder 2019 and PowerServer 2020

Best Regard

Windows 11 not supported by such old version.  You should upgrade to PowerServer 2022.

Hi, Jose -

Here are the system requirements for PB 2019 R3:

https://docs.appeon.com/pb/release_bulletin_for_pb/Build-2670-system_requirements.html

...and the requirements for PowerServer 2021:

https://docs.appeon.com/ps2021/Installation_requirements.html

You'll note that Windows 11 is not currently supported for either product. The minimum requirement for Windows 11 is PB 2022 and PS 2022, both of which are currently in Beta testing phase and targeted for release later this year. Appeon will likely not be able to tell you why installation on one Windows 11 system fails, because these versions are unsupported on Windows 11. In a sense, you are fortunate that installation worked and the products are operational on the other Windows 11 systems. You take on a risk using development software on an unsupported platform.
