Hi good afternoon,

My doubt is about on how can i do to run my PowerClient App.

i think i have everything; all the external files are included in my app, i have all my libraries for the deploy, on the 'Deployment' section i have as a remote server a FTP that is succesfully connected and i set an App URL Domain to download/Open my app.

But when the deployment is finished and i open the domain where my app is mounted. I have two option, to download or to open the app. Neither of them works.

The option which open the app doesn't do anything and the other one it show me a blue window and it looks like its downloading the app, but when it finish it doesn't open anything.

Hi Edinson,

Please note you need to download and install Cloud App Launcher manually.

Does the application work well on Firefox/IE? If only Chrome/Edge have the issue, it should be caused by an Chromium security update, please refer to the article below to solve it.

Check your web server and make sure the CloudAppPublisher folder is there.

The other thing to check is if you anti-virus or browser settings is blocking the download.

Hi Edinson;

  I would return to the PS Project and instead of deploying your PS App to the remote server, I would instead create an installation file or ZIP for your PS App. Then install your App on the remote server via running one of those installation mechanisms locally. If that works OK, then you know the issue is probably around the use of FTP. So you can then focus on that aspect vs the PB IDE.  Food for thought.

Regards ... Chris
