I am trying to log into Info maker and it is telling me that I am logged in already.    

How do I find where I am logged in so I can log out of that session.?

Did you request a trial recently?  It seems you have two licenses for InfoMaker tied to your email address.  

Anyway, first make sure to log out of all instances of InfoMaker.  Here are instructions: https://docs.appeon.com/pb2022r3/appeon_license_user_guide/pb_logging_out.html

Then, have your company's license admin verify that there are no logged in instances for your email: https://account.appeon.com/logout-user/im

Finally, when you login to InfoMaker, make sure to set it to use your paid license instead of trial: https://docs.appeon.com/pb2022r3/appeon_license_user_guide/Switching_to_Trial.html

  You can log your IM session out from here:


Note that if your not your organization's license administrator, you cannot perform the session logout. You'll need to ask them to perform this logout for you.
