Hi guys;

 

Is there any way to use scanners to digitize documents using Power Builder 2019 R3?.

What type of objects or controls we need to use?.

Exists own objects or librarys to do that?

you can also do things like:

  • have the scanner scan to directory, and in pb look for files based on a timer
  • have the scanner scan to a directory and then send a message to your pb application with the filename/path of the scan

PowerBuilder doesn't have built-in scanning software. You will need to use some third-party software.
