Hello,

From PB2017 using OUTLOOK, I need to program the sending of email from a group mailbox.

By exemple :

Instead of having the mail sender = the address mail of the person who has clikked on the button [send mail] (ex: firstname.lastname@company.com), the mail sender must be the mail address of the group of persons (ex. info@company.com)

I was thinking to use the recipient mailOriginator but I have seen in the PowerBuilder Help that I cannot use this parameter with the function mailSend and indeed, it doesn't work.

Has anybody a solution for this problem ?

Thanks,

Frédérique Berael

You could use SMTP to send the email. You won't get a copy of the email in your sent folder. If that is important, add a BCC to a common folder.
