Did you setup the IIS ftp remote server or sftp server as explained in the links that Ken Guo provided you?

I've created a free account on somee.com and I can upload files using FileZilla over FTP, but that doesn't give you the possibility to setup an IIS FTP configuration, which is what Powerserver seems to need.

Do you have a paid VPS setup on somee.com?

I suggest you use PowerServer 2021 to deploy your PB application to Web Server. Please refer to the tutorial in the link below for details:

Then link your domain name (http://www.etscomsys.com/) to your Web Server by using domain name service.
