Resolved How to retrieve a license

I'd like to know how I can retrieve the license if I lose the machine that registered the license.

I keep saying the same thing, but our machine doesn't have internet access.

I'm trying to apply the license to other machine, but I can't find the machine I've installed, so I can't retrieve it.

In other words, even if I try to use it as multiple, I have to retrieve the license.

If machine doesn't have Internet then you cannot install on multiple machine. You can only install on one machine.

I've already lost it and want to retrieve the license.

In the case of offline licenses, you can retrieve the license with deactivating, is there any way to do this online?

Use online activation for the license if you are worried about losing it.  Also, with online activation you can install InfoMaker on multiple computers.  https://docs.appeon.com/pb2022r3/appeon_license_user_guide/activating_powerbuilder.html
