Dear all

Since I installed PowerBuilder 21, the result of my search output is deleted after each new search. How can I prevent this (can't find the property/checkbox for this)? I prefer to keep the search results until I delete them by myself (Context Menü Clear).

TIA,

gzim

Look in Tools -> System Options.

There is on General tab a Checkbox "Automatically clear output window". If it is not checked PB should not delete the search result. (Checked in PB 2019 R3)

Oh no, as usual, 95% of the errors are between the keyboard and the chair... ;-) I should have looked at it better.

Not for me in 2017 R2 Build 1769. The contents of the search results are cleared prior to each search. What Release and Build of PB 2017 are you using?

A search action clears the search results each time using PB 2017 R3 Build 1915. It appears that Build 1818 might have been the only build where this behavior works the way you want it to work, Gzim.
