   The Script Editor allows you to change the font settings in its Options dialog. Unfortunately, that only controls the PowerScript code that you see and not the controls around it in the related Window, User, Menu, etc painter. For example the "prototype" you mention and say the "properties pane" as another example.

   The only alternative that I can think of would be to make the entire IDE more readable ( if you need that extra clarity)  to work in, would be to use the MS-Windows "built-in" magnification feature. For example in the W10 settings  ...

 You could also of course, change your display settings as another alternative ...
