Our labeling application is in PB2017, currently we are supporting 1D barcode by make use of “bcfont32.DLL” functions.

Now, we want to use 2D barcode to show the data in a data window and window, is there any native way we can use 2D barcode font in PB ? is there any free font available ?

When i searched in google, it seems like we need to consume the .NET third party dll and runtime dynamically set the font from the third party.

What is best way to use 2D barcode in PB 2017 R3.

Any suggestions would be helpful .

Hi Sachidhananthanam,

There are multiple ways to achieve this:

But you might want to update to the latest version of PowerBuilder first to get the best features available now. I'm sure you'll find that, with all the new features available now, coding with PowerBuilder is even better!
