I have completed migrating my PowerBuilder source to PowerBuilder 2021 on my local machine.  We use GitHub as a repository.  How do I all my migrated pbl files to GitHub repository?

In PowerBuilder IDE, you can right click on the System Tree root and choose "Upload PBL", which basically commit all the PBLs. And then you can push the commit to the repository.

BTW, before you do this, actually, before your migration, make sure you check with all the members on the team to make sure they commit and upload all the changes for you to sync. After you migrate and upload the PBLs, they can pull the changes and start working on the project again. This way you can avoid conflicts over the PBL changes.

Thanks so much Tom Jiang,

I proceeded with the "Upload PBL" option, and was able to get the pbl files committed, however when I perform the Git PUSH, I'm getting the following error msg:

Git detail error info: Failed to write chunk header: The server returned an invalid or unrecognized response. Failed to push workspace.

Do you have any suggestions as to how this error can be fixed?

It could possibly be due to the size of changes that I'm trying to push (98 objects). I'm looking online, but not coming up with any resolutions for this.

As this push includes the binary PBLs files, the size will be rather large. You can try a third-party tool, like TortoiseGit to push it and see if it resolves the issue. Appeon Development is also working on the issues with pushing/pulling a large project.
