In India, from April 2020 - QR Code on every invoice is mandatory. How to print QR Code from application without Internet. ?

Hello,

You need either barcode fonts or third party software to generate and print barcode(s).  Check further at  http://www.idautomation.com/barcode-fonts/

Btw, what details to be printed in this barcode [ values - alphanumeric, numeric, its length ], how it need to be printed [ encrypted or not ] need to be decided.  

Though I'm not sure, regarding QR code, you can get free barcode generators [ for code 128 ] also.
