Dear Support Team,

I am working on windows application which display the PSR report. I have added the Tab control having tabs like Page1, Page2 and Page3, etc. I would like to make tab control completely fill in window the way we can do in any winform application. So that whenever I resize my main window child control (tab control) resize accordingly. For more information kindly refer attached Image.

Please advise how can I make child control dock as fill inside the window so that it will work as per my expectation.

Thanks & Regards,

Hiren Lad

Hi Hiren, You need to code the resize yourself for the tab control and any other UI control.  Kevin Ridley did a great two-part session at our developer conference a few years back that might be useful for you.  Here is link to his code sample and thread about this topic: https://community.appeon.com/index.php/codeexchange/powerbuilder/268-pfc-resize-without-pfc

Hi Hiren;

  Unfortunately at this time, the TabbedView feature does not support this display feature. If you like though, please open a Support Ticket as an enhancement request.

Thanks Armeen for pointing that out. However, the same "even sized tabs" restriction is also there for the Tab Control as well.

However, If Hiren is asking about how to resize controls within a TabbedView or a Tab Page, then that is a different aspect altogether.
