Running: Pb 2022 on: 

Lenovo-Ideapad3
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-1165G7 @ 2.80GHz 2.80 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.8 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
No pen or touch input.

Hard disk crashed and was replaced

Reinstalled Pb 2022

Changed password on Apeon Web site, and that works, but can't log into IDE

UPDATE PBL in pb2017
Save datawindow data as PDF file using NativePDF

The pb.ini file that you have to edit will be in a folder similar to this:

"C:\Users\miguel.RSL\AppData\Local\Appeon\PowerBuilder 19.0"

Hi.

Additionally to what Miguel pointed, check "sign out on exit" in the login form to avoid this kind of issues. This will fail to sign out only if IDE crashes. In that case, next time it will be launched it will directly open (as it will see it's logged on) and sign out will happen when IDE is normally closed. This is very useful if you use pb in more than one pc (not in the same time of course).

Hi,

 Can't login ... do you get an error message?

Have you tried going into the appeon user center and log you out (in case you're logged in)? https://www.appeon.com/subscription/licensing-faqs.html#logout-collapse 

You have to be an administrator of your appeon license to do so.

No error. It just shuts down Powerbuilder.
