Resolved How do I specify MS Edge as the Browser for my Appeon Web Application?

Good Day! 

As usual, I cannot locate the settings nor the documentation for specifying Edge as the browser to use for my Appeon Web application.

Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hi Tom;

   The Edge browser being the default browser APP if you click on any URL is part of the MS-Windows App default settings. You can change that in the O/S's control panel. The current PB20-17 IDE though (aka PowerServer Toolkiit) will only launch IE via its "run" option.

   It does not matter what MS-Windows browser you choose/launch (Opera, FF, IE, Edge or Chrome) ... just entering the PowerServer's App URL to start your PS/PB Web App.

  Note that Microsoft is retiring the Edge browser ... (Yes, you read that correctly)

Hi Chris - Yeah, I have Edge as my OS's default... I guess I will use the URL in Chrome / Edge / MS Chromium Edge Netscape... LOL. Thanks!
