please help my how can I add pb2xls.pbd library  to my app

1. You don't have to use the PBD file, you can also use the PBL file. That way it won't have to be a PBD which was compiled for exactly your version and build of powerbuilder 2019.

2. Don't forget to also copy the PB2XLS.dll to your folder. If you are creating a 64 bit executable, you have to copy PB2XLS_64.dll to the folder where your EXE file is and rename it to PB2XLS.dll

Do you have PBD that matches the version of PB you are using?

  Just add it to your PB App's "WorkSpace" library list.
