Hi

I'm trying to create a Richtext DW with a Header and a Footer.

However, both Header and Footer always have a margin of about 1.5 cm to the top and bottom of the page, no matter how low I set the top and bottom margins in the print specifications. (See attached screenshot)

If I increase the margins, both header and footer stay at the same location, but the Detail part gets shrunk accordingly.

If I remove Header and Footer, the DW correctly uses the margins from the print specifications.

(using PB 2017 R3 1858 but also tried in PB 2019 with both the TE and the TX control, with the same result)

Is there any way for me to move the header further up and the Footer further down? I need to decrease those margins to about 1 cm so the printout fits the preprinted paper properly.

Regards,
Markus

Sounds like a bug to me, maybe you could make a small sample application and report it as a bug?

Hi, not sure if this could have something to do with the problem.

Have you checked the margin settings of the default printer itself? I would not be surprised if that would influence the outcome of the margins on your rt dw.

Unfortunately, the result is the same, no matter what (physical or virtual) printer I tried and what margins I set there.
