Hi Team, 

after installing the 2022 R3, latest MR (build 3391) and building the solution, we are getting below errors for all pbls.

"Conversion of file failed, Probable library file I/O error".

we tried the above option, but getting erros while building the solution.

Can you reproduce same problem on another computer (so can verify not your environment that is corrupt)?

Close powerbuilder, right mouse click on the main folder and uncheck the "readonly" check box. I'm not sure, but that might solve the problem?
