muchas gracias

Hi Carolos,

You can only use ODBC to connect to MySQL.  I know some PowerBuilder customers are successfully using MySQL, but please note it is not officially supported.

If you haven't already developed your PowerBuilder app for MySQL, I suggest using PostgreSQL instead.  PostgreSQL is open-source and popular database like MySQL, but the benefit is it is officially supported in PowerBuilder 2017 and newer.

Best regards,
Armeen

Hola Carlos;

FYI: https://docs.appeon.com/ps2021/Database_Server.html

Saludos ... Chris

I don't see a 5.3.14 on MySQL Website. 5.3.13 is latest version 5 driver seems to be officially available: https://downloads.mysql.com/archives/c-odbc/

Also, might be good idea to carefully read their documentation how to configure: https://dev.mysql.com/doc/connector-odbc/en/connector-odbc-configuration-dsn-windows.html
