Hi Paco;

      I tried the custom packaging option using the latest MR builds for both PB & PS (within PB Universal) and with the latest independent PowerServer 2017 release. In all these test cases ( tested this on 3 different machines), the Android packaging completed successfully each time.

     I would like to suggest that you open a support ticket for this issue as we may need to get a lot more information you your Android App's makeup and in particular, what options you chose for the custom packaging along with your PC's environmental settings. All considerations that may need to be looked at as to what might be causing your issue with this feature.

Regards ... Chris

Hi Paco and Marco,

Please try the following solution: https://www.appeon.com/support/documents/appeon_online_help/2.0/appeon_troubleshooting_guide/ch02s05s01.html. If this still doesn't work, We recommend opening a support ticket and submitting your test case to Appeon Support: https://www.appeon.com/standardsupport/newbug so we can work on it.

Please do let me know your results.

Hi Paco,

I confirm that after upgrading Powerserver Mobile to #1689 building the apk does not work anymore.

I suspect that template files and building tools under C:\Program Files (x86)\Appeon\PowerServer\Toolkit\AppTemplate\Android have regression bugs.

I suggest you open a ticket on http://support.appeon.com.

Cheers,

Marco
