Getting error while deploying web service.

I am using Appeon PB170
I created a new target of .Net WebService and then used all my existing pbls of my existing code and then migrated it.
It was migrated successfully from PB11.5 to this new version. Now I am trying to deploy the webservice and getting this error at the end.

I have created a new target of WebService and then added all the existing libraries which I have from other project to expose their functions.
It was migrated successfully from PB11.5 to this version and when trying to deploy, I am getting this error message.
