Hi

I just migrated to PowerBuilder 2017 R2 but when running a web service with which I had no problem in PowerBuilder12 I get the message "The assembly 'xxxx.dll' does not exist" but in the application path if the DLL is found , in this version the Web Services must be called differently or the DLLs must be registered.

thanks for your help

Solved I needed to import PB extensions, especially the pbwsclient170.pbx file.

Hi Oscar,

If using .Net Assemblies, please install the .Net Runtime files into the host computer. You may find the installer on your computer's path: \Appeon\PowerBuilder 17.0\DotNET\pbiu\BootStrapper\Packages\1-PBRuntime\pbruntime.msi
