Resolved Error Ora-12541 : tns: no listener

Hello,

 

when trying to connect to my database, i receive the error : Error Ora-12541 : tns: no listener.

 

I added correctly the right details of the database to the tnsname, paste this one into all \network\admin of my oracle installations, added the oracle_home into the path of my system enviroment variables but same problem.

Hi,

You probably have to install the 32 bit oracle client.

i solved the problem, it was a mistake on the connect string. i puted the server/instance, but it orked when i putted just the instance.
