Tried the offline installer as Admin. Same result. At this point my IT support group thinks it may be a desktop issue and is going to rebuild the computer where I am having the issue. In the meantime I am using the previous build (2728).
If you are running the update via the online Appeon Updater, please try instead ...
Download the Upgrade installer instead (offline).
Run the offline updater "As Admin".
