Hi guys,

Did anyone experience problems when making Update at target Level for pbl having Sub/Sub directories?

On the example below you see the error message. We made a new Project from scratch, and the error is reproductible. Concerns only the files that are 2 Sub directories away from the root! The update is not done in that case...

If you make the update on the Subsub pbl directly, everything works OK. On this sample is not a Problem, but on our main Project with several of them, it makes it quite some work :-(

Updating using directly the SVN client on the file structure from the root also do the job :-/

Any though?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Nicolas

Hi Nicolas,

It seems the issue is caused by updating a folder without any versioned file inside it. You may commit at least one of the objects in the subfolder to work around the issue or do the update from the workspace level.

"Updating using directly the SVN client on the file structure from the root" is essentially the same as updating the workspace.

Hi Nicolas,

Can you verify by committing on PB IDE one of the objects in the folder that shown in the error message before updating and see if you can still get the error?

Hi Tom,

I did the following: Little change on the window, right click SVN Commit, comment dummy and OK.

Then on the the Target right click: Rrefresh, SVN Update -> again the same error message… (i could post a screenshot, but it is exactly the same as above...)

Best regards,

Nicolas

If you commit all the modified or unversioned objects in the workspace, can you still reproduce the issue?
