Good Morning everyone,

I'm having some issues migrating our ERP to a new server (Windows Server 2019 64 bits). We are working with Informix Databases.

Everything works ok on windows Server 2008 R2 64 bits. I see no diference (except for the OS, obviously), and sometimes then application throws this error.

"ISAM error -104: ISAM error: too many files open.".

I've read the IBM documentation on this error, and says st about thread limit per user, but if this was the case, I thing this woudn´t work on 2008...

Any hint?

Thank you very much!!

Hi Pepe;

  The "Indexed Sequential Access Method" (ISAM) is an IBM mainframe file management system. This has nothing to do with PowerBuilder.

  I would suggest that you pose this question in the IBM Informix support forum to answer this issue.

Regards ... Chris
