Hi ,

 

We are using powerbuilder 2019 and in on of the case (while trying to use soap client)we were getting some issue in windows 10 but same code working fine without any error in windows 7. is there any DLL we need to update.

i have attached the error screenshot and the code screenshot for the reference.

Hi Amit;

  If you have just migrated to PB2019 from another version of even just a newer release, then you need to:

  1. Copy the newer "pbwsclient190.pbd" library from the PB "Shared" folder into your App's library list
  2. Rebuild your all of your PB App's proxy objects
  3. Rebuild your W.S. DataWindows if your App also used that DWO feature (will produce newer / updated DLL's).

Hi Amit, The SOAP client you are using is obsolete and not secure.  I really recommend you switch to HTTPClient rather than trying to troubleshoot this issue.  Here is tech article: https://community.appeon.com/index.php/articles-blogs/tutorials-articles/2-powerbuilder/236-call-soap-web-services-using-httpclient-object
